Success Means Setting Ourselves on Fire! Excitement, Self-Reliance, Action

"Success isn't a result of spontaneous combustion. You must set yourself on fire." – Arnold H. Glasow

This has always been one of my favorite quotes. Why? Because first it speaks of 'excitement' and secondly 'self-motivation'; two of the most powerful must-haves for success. 

Self-motivate. Successful people self-motivate. They have a fire burning inside of them and they make sure these flames stay ablaze. Success comes with excitement and passion in pursuing one's dreams. Leaders do not wait for somebody else to make them feel good in order to accomplish a task, they simply become great at zooming-in (focus), executing and implementing ideas consistently (for a greater good) over time. And in so doing, become THE self-motivated inspirational vitamin that others draw from.
