Self confidence radiates from the inside outwards. What the world sees as a confident, loving, happy and successful individual starts from the inside. By constantly working on raising our self-love levels, we show the world what we are really made of and by loving ourselves, we teach others to love and appreciate us. Here are a few tips on how to feel good about who you are:

1.Good personal hygiene. Daily baths, brushing your teeth, washing your hands, and other hygienic practices come highly recommended. According to Donald Novey, MD, “Practicing good body hygiene helps you feel good about yourself, which is important for your mental health.”
