OVERCOMING FEAR

Fear is an emotional response to a threat.It is a basic survival mechanism occurring in response to a specific stimulus such as pain or the threat of danger.

 

 

At some point in our lives, we have been faced with and often times lived with some kind of fear: fear of public speaking, fear of the dark, fear of rejection, fear of failure, fear of heights, fear of disease, fear of insects, etc. Fear immobilizes, paralyzes and has the power to incapacitate us. Fear has prevented many from getting what they deserve out of life and holds many back from reaching their full potential

Overcoming fear is what separates the successful from the unsuccessful. It is normal for fear to show up when we are faced with situations we are not totally in control of. Understanding that fear can be conquered because we are capable and stronger than what it is we are afraid of, is what separates the bold from the timid.
